Thati Boorelu is a native Telugu recipe, It is a unique recipe made from ripened Pulmyra fruit.
Ripened pulmyra fruits are rare to find and we carefully collect the naturally ripened fruits and extract the pulp from them, this pulp has a sweet aromatic taste and is high in Vitamin C, E and beta keratin. This is then mixed with goodness of jaggery, coconut and rice flour to make traditional Thati boorelu.
