Long‑time happy customer, but disappointed with this order

I have been buying Kaju Mixture and other items from Vellanki Foods for over 15 years to take abroad, and the taste and quality are always excellent. The packing for this order was also 5‑star and the product itself was fresh and tasty as usual. However, for this order I had placed an order for 1 kg Kaju Mixture but received only two 250 g packs (total 500 g). I contacted customer service regarding the shortage, but was informed that the total weight sent was tallied, so the issue could not be resolved. I am sharing this only so the team can double‑check packing and invoicing in future, because I genuinely like your products and want to continue ordering from you.
