recently placed an order with your store totaling approximately 17 kgs of sweets and namkeen, specifically mentioning in my email that the package was intended for international shipping. While I received acknowledgment from your representative, I am disappointed to see that the packaging is not suitable for international travel.

Delivery delay

Sweets quality is good. But delivery system is not at all good. Delivery does not happen even after 24 hrs of ordering and repeated reminders. There is no mention and update on when the order is going to be delivered. Need a lot of improvement in delivery system.
