The taste of the Karam is absolutely excellent, which is why I regularly order in bulk (8 to 10 packets of 250g each time). However, there is a consistent quality control issue that the team needs to address.Every single 250g packet contains massive lumps of garlic and ginger. When these heavy lumps are removed, the actual usable Karam weights only 180 to 185 grams. I am essentially losing around 65–70 grams of product per packet.I have raised this point multiple times via the Vellanki WhatsApp customer care, but unfortunately, there has been no response or resolution. I love the flavor, but paying for 250g and only getting 180g of actual Karam is unfair. Please improve your filtering process for bulk orders!
