The Order was placed on a Sunday and the notification says No Deliveries on Sundays. Fine. Even on the next day (Monday), the item was deliverd after hectic followup. Initially i was told that the order is ready and asked to send location details. After one hour when i enquired, i was told that only two items are available and is it okay if two are sent instead of the three, At that stage i requested that the order be cancelled and refund the amount. After one hour the item was delivered. All in all, the online service is LOUSY and SHODDY. There seems to be no coordination in the online sale sector. Very Disappointing. I will not recommend this brand to any one.
