Thanks a million! We’re delighted that you came over to our Ameerpet store and tried out our speciality dish, the traditionally prepared Dry Fruit Pootharekulu. The next time you drop by, do have a few more sweets and maybe some namkeens too. Remember to try the murukulu next time!
Pootharekulu is prepared with ultra-fine rice paper, within which is a stuffing of jaggery, dry fruits and shudh desi ghee. Do view the video below for Harish’s review of this dish.
We’re looking forward to hosting you again soon. We’d love to invite you to join us when you’re covering Hyderabad’s non-vegetarian delicacies. Let us share our non-veg pickles with you.
Hyderabad is known for its incredible food culture, and we’re humbled that you chose to cover us as part of your food trail. For almost 30 years now, Vellanki Foods has been recreating our grandmothers’ recipes for a new generation. Our traditional, healthy recipes keep these ancient dishes alive for families who may not otherwise have the time to prepare them at home.
Visa2Explore’s review videos are interesting and engaging, and we’re glad they decided to add Vellanki Foods, Ameerpet, to their list of restaurants and shops to visit in Hyderabad. Do check out the entire video here and visit the Visa2Explore channel here.
